Access to QC’s Municipal Services Building (MSB) will be limited to Summers Place Aug. 25 - Sept. 21.
Public parking is available in the lot west of the MSB and a temporary bill-pay dropbox is available on the north side of the building, with drive-up access from Ellsworth Road.
