Queen Creek residents can help guide Town priorities by participating in the citizen survey.
Over the next several weeks, residents will be randomly selected to complete the survey. There will be two methods to participate, online or over the phone. The Town has contracted with the firm Summit Survey Research to conduct the survey.
"The Citizen Survey is a valuable opportunity for us to gather important feedback and make informed decisions for our Town," said Queen Creek Vice Mayor Leah Martineau. "We look forward to the survey every other year because the information is essential to helping us understand the community's priorities."
The survey, which will take approximately 15 minutes, includes questions about Town services, programs, customer service, and communication. The survey will also include demographic questions such as age, gender, income level and ZIP code; participants will not be asked to provide their name, address, social security number, or bank information. All responses will remain confidential; information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with other agencies.
Survey participants will be selected randomly. Participation will be prompted with a letter containing a unique access code. Participants will have the ability to access the survey online via a link, text or QR code. There will also be an option for participants to take the survey over the phone.
To ensure an accurate sample is obtained that statistically represents the population of Queen Creek, 383 surveys will be completed. The survey information will be analyzed, and the findings will be presented at a future Town Council meeting.
