Queen Creek, AZ
Home MenuMobile Food Vendors
Mobile food vendors must obtain a general business license prior to engaging in business within the town limits of Queen Creek.
Mobile food vendors that are operating under a Town approved special event permit or conditional use permit or catering a one-time private event on residential zoned property are not required to get a business license.
Please note: Parks and Recreation manages all Town‑owned parks and facilities. Any Parks & Recreation Food Truck Space Reservation requirements apply to all vendors, regardless of business license type. A business license does not override Parks & Recreation guidelines, policies, or reservation rules.
