Class Overviews
Barre: This class blends ballet conditioning, yoga and resistance training using bodyweight and optional equipment like light dumbbells, bands and exercise balls. It strengthens and tones thighs, arms, abs and glutes while incorporating ballet terminology. All levels welcome!
Bootcamp: A total body workout that will challenge your body using a variety of equipment, exercises, and drills, with a mix of cardio, strength, balance, core and flexibility. All levels welcome.
Circuit: Work at your own pace as you rotate through interval-timed strength and cardio stations in this total-body conditioning circuit class. All levels welcome.
Cycling: A high-energy, low-impact cardio workout that simulates outdoor cycling. Riders adjust resistance and speed throughout the session to improve endurance, burn calories and build lower-body strength while enjoying motivating music and coaching.
Dance Fitness: A fun, high-energy workout that combines dance choreography with cardio exercise. Set to upbeat music, this class helps improve coordination, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance while making fitness feel like a party.
Pilates: Increase body awareness and improve posture with exercises that focus on the core utilizing the entire mind/body connection. All levels welcome.
Senior Fitness: A low-impact fitness class designed for older adults to improve strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Using light hand weights, resistance bands and chairs for support, this class provides a safe and effective workout to enhance overall mobility and daily function. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Splash Fit: A pool-based fitness class for all levels that combines cardio and strength training and utilizes the natural resistance of the water to provide a total body workout.
Strength: A full-body strength training class specifically designed to build strength, add definition, improve bone density and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. All levels welcome.
Surge Hybrid: A high-intensity fusion of strength and cardio training designed to challenge all fitness levels. This dynamic class incorporates functional movements, resistance exercises and bursts of cardio to maximize calorie burn and build endurance.
Surge Strength: A strength-focused workout that emphasizes muscle building and toning through weightlifting, resistance training and bodyweight exercises. This class is ideal for improving overall strength, stability and muscular endurance.
Xtreme Hip Hop Step: A high-energy step aerobics class that combines traditional step movements with hip-hop beats for a fun and intense workout. This class blends cardio, rhythm and strength training to improve endurance, coordination and overall fitness while keeping the energy levels high with motivating music. Perfect for all fitness levels!
Zumba: Energizing dance class featuring exotic rhythms and choreography set to high-energy Latin and international beats. All levels welcome.
Zumba Gold: A modified, low-impact version of Zumba designed for active older adults and beginners. This fun, dance-based workout features easy-to-follow Latin and international rhythms that help improve cardiovascular health, coordination and flexibility while keeping movement gentle on the joints.
