The Town of Queen Creek has adopted noise ordinances (9-3-3, 9-6-4, 9-6-10) in order to maintain a high quality of life for its residents. A Noise Restriction is in place from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, including landscape machine noise, within the Town limits.

The following are common noise complaints:                      

• Animal noise- it is unlawful (9-6-7) to keep or harbor any animal which by frequent, habitual or continued barking, yelping, howling, crowing or the making of any noise disturbs the peace of the neighborhood. Please contact the QCPD non emergency line 480-358-3500.
• Construction noise-start/stop times vary depending on the time of year. For more information about construction regulations or to report a violation, please contact the Building Safety Division at 480-358-3009.

• Aircraft noise-is exempt from noise level regulations. To express concern related to aircraft noise, please contact:
