Property owners are required to maintain their premises free of rubbish, trash, weeds, filth, debris and dilapidated structures.

Some examples:

• Dead or dry vegetation
• Weeds that exceed six inches in height
• Overgrown vegetation which obstructs sidewalks, streets, or rights-of-way
