Signage it is the intent of the Town of Queen Creek to establish reasonable sign regulations to promote economic development, a visually attractive environment and traffic safety.  The Town of Queen Creek has adopted a sign ordinance which sets the standard regarding the placement, design, and types of signs permitted within the Town of Queen Creek. 

The following signs are permitted:

  • Garage sale signs that are attached to boxes or on stakes. DO NOT attach signs to light poles, street signs, traffic poles or any other roadside structure (fence, post, tree or rock) **PLEASE remove signs immediately after the sale**
  • Political Signs
  • Real Estate Signs 

 The Town of Queen Creek prohibits peddling, door-to-door solicitations, and transient merchants when posted in accordance with Town code 8-2-13.

Signs are not allowed to be attached to light poles, traffic control signs or any other roadside structure, fence, post, tree or rock. Signs are also not allowed to be placed in roadway medians.
