Impact Fees Increase
At the February 5 meeting, the Town of Queen Creek Council approved new impact fees. The approved impact fees will be effective May 12, 2025.
The updated impact fees are based on 10-year growth projections and reflect the proportionate share of growth in the community to maintain the current level of service.
The impact fee update results in a reduction of residential fees across the five types of impact fees (police, fire & medical, streets, parks and trails).
All applications processed on or after May 12 will be assessed the new reduced fees.
The full impact report is available on the Town’s website .Impact Fee Focus Group
Please note the Town is also in the process of reviewing capacity fees and additional information will be shared as it progresses.
The Development Services Fee Schedule provides information about service fees associated with development projects within Town of Queen Creek. Fees for services may include: construction permit fees, plan review fees, application fees for zoning submittals, and/or engineering reviews.
Construction permit and plan review fees are determined using the Valuation Data Table.
