Neighborhood Notification Process
The applicant will work directly with the case planner assigned to the project to ensure that notification is sent to all property owners within the required notification area. The information provided in the notification letter will be expanded to provide specific details of the case, and detailed exhibits will be provided to ensure the public has a general understanding of the request. Direct contact information will be provided for the applicant, the assigned case planner, and the website address for the Town's Current Zoning Cases. The subject site will be posted with information pertaining to the proposed application, including contact information for the applicant and Town representative. The Town's Planning Division Webpage highlighting Current Planning & Zoning Cases will be updated to include an area for upcoming applications receiving neighborhood input.
