All businesses located or doing business within the Town of Queen Creek must be licensed before beginning operation. If a business has more than one location in Town, each location must have a separate business license.
The fee for a new business license is $60 and expires 12-months from the date of issue.
The total review process may take up to 14 business days, or longer if there is a backlog or additional information is required.
Please note that having a "Queen Creek" postal address does not necessarily mean that you live within the Town's incorporated boundaries. The incorporated boundaries for the Town of Queen Creek are separate and distinct from the US Postal Zip Codes that are designated as "Queen Creek." See Town map. Do I Live in QC?
If you would like to participate in Parks and Recreation's Food Truck Space Reservation Program, you must first apply through the Business License Department. Once your business license application has been submitted, you will also need to complete the Food Truck Application through Parks and Recreation.
