QCPD is committed to building strong relationships with our community. As part of our outreach efforts, we are proud to participate in events that promote safety, education and community connection. 

Types of Requests:

  • School event or safety presentation
  • Guest speaker
  • Recruiting events
  • HOA meetings
  • Parades or charity events

Please note: we are unable to accommodate requests for business grand openings or marketing events.

Important Information:

  • Please allow at least three weeks advance notice.  
  • We will do our best to accommodate all requests based on staffing levels. 
  • QCPD is unable to accommodate requests for business grand openings or business marketing events. 
  • The event location must be within the Town of Queen Creek and within QCPD's jurisdiction.
  • QCPD vehicles can be requested for up to 60 minutes.
  • Please be aware that QCPD vehicles remain "in-service" and respond to emergencies. This means that vehicles may arrive late, have to leave early, or be unable to attend the event due to an emergency call(s).
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee participation. 
  • Requests are subject to approval and availability.
  • An email confirmation is required to confirm attendance.

By submitting this request, you acknowledge the following:
