¹Governor Katie Hobbs signed emergency legislation (HB2022, elections; July primary; curing; observers) into law, moving the Primary Election and all its corresponding deadlines up by two weeks and are reflected above. 

2026 General Election

ARS § 16-1019 indicates political signs of any candidate for public office, or in support of or opposition to any ballot measure, question or issue that are in compliance with statutory requirements cannot be removed.

The period for political signs begins 71 days before the primary and ends 15 days after the general election, except for candidates not moving forward to the general election; then the period ends 15 days after the primary election.

Questions/Complaints pertaining to School Board Elections should be directed to the respective County Superintendent's Office as they administer school board elections.
