OFFICIAL RESULTS: Resolution 1608-24, Canvass of the 2024 Primary Election

Incumbents Robin Benning, Jeff Brown, and Leah Martineau ran uncontested in the Primary Election on July 30, 2024. All three met the majority of vote cast and were declared elected for a term beginning January 2025 - January 2029. A runoff at the General Election was not required.

The Statewide Canvass for the 2024 General Election was held on November 25, 2024 at 10 a.m.

The Town Clerk serves as the Town's Election Officer. Through an Intergovernmental Agreement with Maricopa County and Pinal County, the Town of Queen Creek administers local elections in the fall of even-numbered years.

  • Primary Election is held on the first Tuesday in August1
  • General Election is held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November

The Town Council is a seven (7) member, non-partisan body elected to serve at large, representing the residents of  Queen Creek. The Mayor and Council serve four-year terms and there are no term limits.

The next election will be held in 2026 for the Mayor and three (3) Council Member seats.
