Thank you for your interest in becoming a candidate of the 2026 Town of Queen Creek Election. 

The next Town of Queen Creek election will be the Primary held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 to elect the Mayor and three Council Members, each serving a four-year term. The incumbents are Mayor Julia Wheatley and Council Members Bryan McClure, Dawn Oliphant and Travis Padilla.

Candidate packets may be obtained by completing the form below. We encourage all prospective candidates to schedule an appointment with the Town Clerk's Office to review the packet and address any questions. Appointments typically last about 30 minutes.

While we strive to provide a thorough overview of the election process, please note that the Town Clerk and staff are prohibited from offering legal or financial advice. It is the candidate's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and requirements.

Due to the complexity of election and campaign finance laws - and the importance of meeting all deadlines - candidates are strongly encouraged to consult with an attorney and/or other qualified professional experienced in election laws from the start of the campaign.
