Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02 and in accordance with the Arizona Open Meeting Law, the Town of Queen Creek hereby states that all notices for meetings of the Town Council, as well as its committees and subcommittees, will be posted on the Town's website and on electronic notice boards. These notices will be available Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding legal holidays), at the locations listed below.

Such notices will indicate the date, time and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.

A technological problem or failure that either prevents the posting of public notices on a website or that temporarily or permanently prevents the use of all or part of the website does not preclude the holding of the meeting for which the notice was posted if the public body complies with all other public notice requirements.

The results of any legal actions taken during Town Council meetings will be posted on the Town's website within three working days of the meeting.
