We are excited to introduce a new public records request system portal for General Records only. Users will be required to create an account to submit and manage their requests more efficiently through our new portal with GovQA. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to enhance our services!

While we are committed to processing your records requests as quickly as possible, please be aware that factors such as the size, complexity, and nature of the records requested may affect the processing time.

For the most accurate and timely results, we encourage you to be as specific as possible when describing the records you are seeking. Our search results will be based on the information and keywords you provide. The Town of Queen Creek will promptly respond to all requests in a reasonable amount of time.

Please submit your request through the appropriate online portal linked below. Records requests related to QCFMD EMS/Billing, require an authorization form at the time of submittal.
