A recap of what your Town Council has been up to during the month of July. 

Mayor Wheatley and Council Member McClure attended the ribbon cutting for the new Queen Creek Unified School District's Mountain Trail Elementary School on July 16.

On July 16, The Town opened its first collector roundabout, which ties in the extension of Crismon Road, from Cloud to Riggs. Mayor Wheatley and Council Member McClure joined Town staff and members of the Transportation Advisory Committee to celebrate the ribbon cutting.

Mayor Wheatley and Council Member McClure attended the Busy Bees Heritage Square ribbon cutting on July 16, where Mayor Wheatley provided remarks.

For our Town Queen Creek held a meeting on July 17. Mayor Wheatley provided welcome remarks and Council Members McClure and Oliphant participated in the meeting, which also featured a presentation from the Mayor's Teen Advisory Committee.

Vice Mayor Martineau provided remarks at the SB1611 ceremonial bill signing, which was held on July 25 at Schnepf Farms and featured Governor Katie Hobbs, members of the State Legislature and representatives from other municipalities. Council Member McClure also attended on behalf of the Queen Creek Town Council.
