To make paying your bill even easier, consider signing up for Automatic Payments and you'll never have to worry about missing a Queen Creek water bill payment deadline.

Simply enroll in Automatic Payments when you are making a payment and your future payment will be automatically charged on your due date to your credit/debit card or withdrawn from your checking account. There is no service charge to sign up for Automatic Payments.

If using bill pay through your bank, be sure to update the mailing address to PO Box 29014, PHOENIX, AZ 85038-9014 and include your new customer and account numbers.

 **Please allow at least 10 days prior to the due date when paying by mail or via Bill Pay through your bank. To post a payment immediately, click the Online Payment link below.**

Use the drop box, located at 22350 S. Ellsworth Road, on the south side of the building.

Please pay your bill at the Customer Service counter which is located on the first floor of the Municipal Services Building, 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The office is closed Friday through Sunday and on holidays.

To find your billing date:

• View the map online
• Click on the green "OK" button. 
• Type your complete address in the field and click the magnifying glass icon to search.
• Scroll to find the water service section to expand.
• View your current billing cycle due date.
