About the Contest
Living in the desert, water conservation is essential to preserving our environment and way of life. Reducing your personal water use is a great way to start conserving water in the Queen Creek community.
This art contest provides a great opportunity for K-12 students living in or attending school in the Town of Queen Creek water service area to learn about and engage in water conservation.
Students must submit two-dimensional artwork on an 8.5x11-inch paper along with a submission form by Wednesday, March 25 at 6 p.m.
Judging & Prizes:
Artwork will be judged by the Downtown Arts and Placemaking Advisory Subcommittee based on originality, creativity, and how well it reflects the contest prompt.
Space permitting, entries will be displayed in the Queen Creek Library lobby during Earth Month (April 2026)—and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive gift cards!
