Features & Benefits for HOA Participants:
- Interactive Dashboard: Monitor water use, access historical data, and track progress against a customized water budget.
- Custom Water Budgets: Automatically calculated based on your site’s unique characteristics, plant types, plant density, and local weather.
- Alerts & Messaging: Receive notifications about active leaks, monthly usage trends, and helpful tips.
- Collaborative Access: Dashboard access can be shared with an unlimited number of HOA stakeholders, including landscape contractors, HOA board members, and property managers to enhance collaboration.
Explore the tools available on Waterfluence and consult with your landscape irrigator to troubleshoot high water use.
Watch the video below to learn how to use the software. For questions about the program, email us at conserve@queencreekaz.gov or call 480-358-3423.
Fun Fact: Another benefit of conserving water is that it helps reduce Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District (CAGRD) taxes on your HOA’s property taxes, which most HOAs pay for through HOA membership dues. CAGRD taxes are based on your HOA’s groundwater use and as a predominantly groundwater system, the more you conserve the more you save.
